My Wife ordered a book from a tv infomercial. She did receive books She ordered but She was addiment in refusing any continued billings or other products... We were still billed a fee for internet access from which we never accessed or new about... The fee was automaticaly billed to credit card without approval monthly...@ 9.95 / month......
