I was snagged by Capital Choice Consumer Credit
I guess that I fell for the same thing, I recieved the same letter in the mail. Stated: Approved for $5,000 line of credit,Platnium status, Dream rewards, and more. I guess that I was one of the stupid ones that fell for it. I did think that it was a little fishy not having a phone# on it. But they call me at work on 2/11/02 and told me that my card was already sent out with a $5000 credit limit, and asked me if I wanted to par take in the road side asst. program that was only 8.65 a month. The next day I received some crappy card in the mail for catalog shopping(under a different name, wasn't CCCCS), in which I cut up and threw away. The thing that really pisses me off is that I have made plan thinking that my $5000 platnium Visa was on it's way. I was planing a Vacation trip, all the way down to today before finding this out was going to go pay $240 to get my passports for the vacation. I am really PISSED OFF. I want to know how I can get my money back and GET THESE s**t HEADS OUT OF BUSINESS! CAN WE SUE THE s**t OUT OF THEM FOR FRAUD? SOME LET ME KNOW IF YOU ARE ABLE TO DO SO!
