Complaint Review: I Win Whitening Advanced Whitening

i received an offer to sample a tooth whitening product that i thought was crest for 4.95. i received a tiny tube of toothpast, flimsy tooth set and tiny whitening product (that's ok - it's only a sample) my credit card was not only billed for the 4.95, but also 88.97. i disputed this charge and capital one removed it. then it was reinstated, and i don't know where to get help. they don't answer their phone, and the only thing you can find about either company is complaints like mine.
