Is it Legal for Ocwen to Collect something that was never owed to them? How is it that Ocwen Bank Purchased my Deed for 69,100 and charges me 73,100,HUD? A "Block Sale"!Remember 1995 and all the problem the Housing and Urban Develepment Had? I was told that it was a "good Business Deal" but not really ethical.Bull, I was told a lie or should I say not disclosed the truth. Which is it? Jerks
