All I can tell you is do not give them money, then you lose. and they will continue to try to sell you things you do not need. beg you for good rating so they can market themselves. but if you are not computer savvy an I am not. at first glance it will seem the issue was fixed but within 2 days or sooner you will learn that they added issues that were not there. because they want you to hang in there with them.
NO, get another service do not believe their polite BS they are very dishonest, and they softly gouge you if you lt them.
No my issues are not fixed. and I would like this site to put the latest complaints up front. not buried, while old complaints are on the top.
