IADTInternational Academy Of Design And Technology, IADT WHAT A RIP OFF AND WASTE OF TIME Fairmont West Virginia
I attended IADT in Fairmont WV from 2003-2005 for medical assisting. The only thing that I did get out of the experience was my assoicate degree. But that came at a high cost. The school took out private loans (i didn't know any better and trusted them) and now I owe around $50,000 for a job that doesn't even pay $25,000 a year. By the time I pay back the loan and interest I will pay back over $100,000. I also went through the trouble of not being able to consolidate my loans and had to put my loans off for over a year while they kept gaining 18% interest. I couldn't find a job right away out of school as promised and now I have NOTHING!! I can't even afford to but a car or pay a house payment because I don't make much and I pay over $400 a month in loan payments. PLEASE DON'T EVER ATTEND THIS SCHOOL AT ANY OF IT'S LOCATIONS!! The school I attended in Fairmont did close shortly after I graduated. I am now trying to move on and get my R.N degree and am praying my credits transfer. If anyone is getting a lawyer and knows of anyway to get a lawsuit going against them please let me know, I'm all in!
