I placed an order with this company, for their Cardsharp4, on February 2, 2013. The product was never received. I subsequently contacted them several times. I was told that for various reasons the product was delayed. Finally after waiting well over a year I contacted them again requesting a refund on March 27, 2015. They responded on April 13, 2015 and I was told that a refund would be processed shortly. I'm still waiting and further inquries have not been responded to. I've searched on the Internet and found that I'm not alone, this appears to be a recurring situation with others that have ordered their products.
