Ian Dyer - Real Estate Advisors - Miraclemansions.com Ian Dyer christian ? God fearing? baloney Internet
I think that someone should look into the practices of Mr. Dyer. His "miracle mansions" are anything but. I have lived in one of his Parks in Yucaipa for several years before he purchased them (I can't go into detail because of fear of retaliation). The first thing he did was to force renters out by making everyone buy their mobile. Then after people started doing the repairs his manager Ester (supposedly for Ian) made sure that 7day notices were handed out daily to the point that people moved out just to get away from it and of course the repairs were done at no cost to Ian.
Now they are crowding double wides into places that once were single spaces leaving just enough room for a subcompact to park between the mobiles and then only if you are careful.
In the mean time Ester continues her rain of terror, by lying about residents that she thinks she can maybe get out so that they can get in more double wides and charge the new residents about $200 more per month space rent, mean while there have been no improvements to the park as far as the roads or electrical go.
PS this park used to be for travel trailers and rvs

Good neighbors keep their homesites looking nice

Most residents care about their community and their neighbors. They keep their homesites and their homes clean and well-maintained so the community looks attractive. Unfortunately, an occasional resident doesnt. When required to do so by the community, the resident spends more energy fighting back than it would take to just maintain their homesite in nice-looking condition. All the other residents suffer.
The complaint made on RipoffReport.com is wrong. The anonymous person making this complaint most likely is someone who is violating the rules. Rather than simply complying with the rules, which are there for the good of all residents, this person instead is stubbornly breaking them and then wrongly maligning the good name of a very good manager. We don't
serve notices to considerate residents who comply with the Rules & Regulations. When our company took over this community, it was unsafe. Now it is a nice place to live.
I am the boss of the Community Manager in question. She has an excellent reputation. She cares deeply about the communities she manages. Her job is very challenging. When hundreds of residents live in a community, there are inevitably conflicts between neighbors. When conflicts arise, residents often turn to the Community Manager for solutions. Although that is really the job of the police and the courts, the Community Manger often can find solutions. She is very good at what she does.
Real Estate Advisors, Inc. operates this community on behalf of the owner. If you have further questions, call us at 949-488-3937 and ask for the company president, Ian Dyer.

My other post is on this site. These practices were being developed when me and my now Ex-wife were dealing with the Dyer Dynamic. It comes as no surprise.
