I purchased the Nu-Wave Cook top back in June 2012. It was buy one offer and the second on for just shipping price, I also ordered a larger Skillet, Grill Top in which I received the Grill Top.
I was not sent the seconded Cook Top nor any of the addional prouducts that was included. I have been trying to contact them but only get voice message to send e-mail to Udate@Heartware .com.
They have taken out the payments from my credit card but never sent final product, I would like the rest of my order or return my money.
