On 09/15/07 I was checking the internet looking for a company that could sell my timeshare at Orange Lake in Florida and came across their website, sent my information and next day a received a call from the company and spoke with someone by the name of Brian.

He told me all they were able to do for me in order to sell my timeshare and I liked what he said. So agree to give them my timeshare for sale even though didn't like what he said at the end of our conversation:don't call me anymore if you need any info call the number in the letter you're going to receive

I received a letter and a contract from them via certified mail and have been waiting the time we agree upon but since more than 60 days have gone by decided to call them up and find out what's going on so called the number they supplied me and all i got was a recorded message telling me that all of their represantative were busy assisting other customers and asked me to leave a brief mesage with my name, phone number and contract number and someone will get back to me.

Not satisfied with this, decided to get in the internet to see what they had there for me but instead of trying their website i did a search on their e-mail address and to my surprise what i found was this ripoff report.

I don't want to believe it but in my inside something tells me that i have also being ripoffed.

Had you been ripped off, for starters, you would've gotten a recording stating "We're sorry, the number you dialed has been disconnected. Please check the number and try your call again ." Not one stating we were busy assisting OTHER clients. And when you do call us again to see that we are still there ADVERTISING your property (as line 1 states in your contract that you signed and sent back to the company, we are a for-sale-by-owner ADVERTISING AGENCY, the only way for you to sell your property is to advertise it first), we will be more than happy to play your verification for you (verbal/binding contract, recorded portion of the call) where it specifically states we cannot guarantee you a SPECIFIC timeframe in which your property will sell, in which you agreed you unserstood. It also states right on the front page of our website that verbal agreement is legal and binding as well. And if you go ahead and do a search for wal-mart, publix, or any other company you may use on a daily basis, you'll find reports on them as well, as in the world of business not everybody is going to be 100% satisfied.
