**Have you contacted DOMAINDIRECT.NET to attempt to resolve this issue? If not, I suggest you call them pronto and learn what they will/will not do to resolve this.

Domaindirect is listed as the contact for password and domain support issues for the ibd-marketing.com domain. It appears possible that hostdime is providing the hosting but not the administration for the website, but I would have expected hostdime to tell you this.

First off, common sense will tell you that it's not a true site supsension. If that were the case you would get the normal "the page cannot be displayed". The exclamation point at the top will show you a disgruntled ex employee trying to make a mockery of us. Legal matters are being taken at the moment, and unfortunately, the site has to stay that way to prove our case.

Secondly, it specifically states in line 1 of your contract that IBD Marketing is a for-sale-by-owner ADVERTISING agency, we promised to advertise your property. Big difference between the word advertise and sell.

Thirdly, we are not an internet listing company, so mind you the website is not our main source of marketing. Yes, the issue puts a damper on things, but again, legal matters are being taken and once the individual is convicted for his wrongdoings (tortuous interference, harassment, etc.) you will be informed of the case in full.
