These people are professional thieves. They promise to help but simply want to get your money. They were going to develop a project plan and a business plan and provide us with processes and procedures for monitoring our business for profitability. They were supposed to show us how to pull appropriate reports to see where problems are and how to fix.

They said they could do all this for 40 hours of consulting time. When the project manager arrived he spent a whole day reviewing what the evaluator had done the previous week(this should have been done beforehand, not on our time for which we were being charged $250 per hour). After the first day the project manager said to do all that was proposed would take about 100 hours to accomplish and our bill would be $25,000, when we were originally told it would be 40 hours for $10.000!

THEN, all the project manager did for the next 2 days was to show us basics about QuickBooks software. Their whole intent was to simply tell us to switch our operation to QuickBooks instead of Quicken. No written processes or procedures were developed, nor guidelines or information regarding reports and how to use.

They talked good and convinced us that we desperately needed their services but then they actually produced nothing to help us like what was promised.

These guys, especially Mr. Bruce Tullio (President of IBE), are simply crooks. They tried to overcharge us almost $1500 and we still did not received anything beneficial from their time.

We did a chargeback on the credit card because of the over charge, which was done through an auto body repair shop in PA.

Then Mr. Tullio called threatening us with a lawsuit, and saying he would put us out of business, ruin our credit and make us suffer personally.

These guys are simply professional crooks - NEVER let them in your door. Chase them away!

UNBELIEVABLE - the fabrications, lies and outright deceit of Mr. Tullio.

We will not waste anymore time on these crooks. They can go their way and we'll go ours.

Mr. Tullio, if you're not aware, our story has been posted on several web pages, not just rip-off.com. Have fun trying to find them all!!! Crooks like you deserve to have information posted on the internet so honest, hard-working people can be made aware of your scam tactics.

P.S. - we have documents and copies of everything reported in earlier reports and would be happy to send a copy of them to anyone who wants proof regarding IBE's shady practices and outright lies.

THE END!

Isn't it amazing that a company that has taken so many years getting themselves into this much trouble running their business into the ground would expect someone to come in and "fix it" in 2 days. The original agreement, due to cash constraints, was to furnish a "blue print" of the program which they would then decide if they would be able to implement themselves. When we presented this "blue print" to them after the 2nd day, they realized they couldn't do it themselves and approved an agreement to have us implement it for them, thus the additional hours contracted!
After 14 years of an unblemished record with the BBB & Consumer Reports, IBE-USA proudly stands behind our record of satisfied clients and their hundreds of letters of commendation and referrals that can easily be found on our website: www.ibe-usa.com

I will gladly fax to anyone who would like to review for themselves any of the "signed, accepted and approved documents" which contain Robert Goss' signatures both approving the work we had performed, the proposal for additional work "and" the amended invoice on which the 3rd party billing entity was changed from Mar Co to Pioneer Auto Body after we informed Mr. Goss that Mar Co was not able to process any billing in excess of $2000.

Like I said, this "rip-off" was planned from the outset! Our accounting department has since informed me that Mr. Goss had "sent back" our refund (which he claims to have never received)since he already put the dispute in motion. This, even after our conversation that we would send the adjusted refund by Fedex overnight for the billing that had previously been signed and approved and processed for the "agreed" amount of work to be completed by the 3rd day but was partly interupted supposedly due to an accidental fall injury.

A copy of the "refund check" "and" the returning FED EX airbill sent by Mr. Goss is also available upon request. It was during the course of the 3rd day, after signing for the additional work, that the Goss' claimed that their mother had fallen and needed their immediate assistance.

Upon notification of this, The Goss' signed a Progress Report asking that we "recess" the project and "return" in 1 week to complete it. This signed document is also available upon request. We were unaware that after we left, they notified the credit card company and "stopped payment" on the transaction stating that they had never had any work done on their car from an auto body company in Pennsylvania. What kind of people would use or jeopardize the welfare of a parent as an excuse to have us leave?

Our working agreement "clearly states" in writing that a client can terminate our services at the end of any business day. No excuse would've been necessary unless their intentions to rip us off were planned! If they had a legimate complaint they would've fought it in the courts. By the way, we also have a copy for everyone's viewing of the "check" which Mr. Goss finally paid us. It was made out to both "IBE-USA and Pioneer Auto Body" with the insistence from both the credit card company and his attorney, accepting the fact that this transaction between the 3rd parties had previously been agreed upon. Remember that's the "Pioneer Auto Body" whom they claimed to have known nothing about.

The initial invoice was made out to Mar Co. but Mar Co. was not able to bill an amount in excess of $2000. We therefore notified Mr. Goss and explained the billing would have to be changed to Pioneer Auto Body. In fact, when Mr. Goss finally "paid" the bill, I ordered him along with the advice of his attorney, to make the cashier's check payable to both IBE-USA & Pioneer Auto Body, acknowledging the recognition of the fact that he was fully "aware" of Pioneer Auto Body's part as the 3rd party billing. Also, I have since been notified by our accounting department that Mr. Goss returned our refund check which I will gladly fax a copy to anyone who asks, along with the Fed Ex shipping label from Mr. Goss,(apparently his plan to scam us was already in the works), as well as the "signed agreement of acceptance and approval of the work we had already performed", "AND" with the signed contract for additional work they "agreed" to pursue after the intial project was to be completed, all which contain the signature of Mr. Robert Goss. As a matter of fact, they even contrived a story that Mrs. Goss' mother had fallen and needed attention which was the original excuse to "recess" the project, and asked that we "resume" (again, this also was signed and agreed to in the progress report by Mr. Goss), working on the project the following week, only to learn after we were gone that they stopped payment on the credit card charge!

What kind of people would "use" & jeopardize the welfare of their own mother as an excuse? They apparently already "planned" to dispute to the Credt Card Company by telling them "they never had any work done on their car in Pennsylvania". And this, even "AFTER" Mr. Goss & I agreed about the mix-up with the previous billing earlier that day for the original hours planned, and that I would overnite him the "refund" which we did. This guy and his operation are nothing more than "dead beats" who tried to get something for nothing but were held accountable and forced to pay what they owed. Otherwise, they would've fought their case in court. They were shown to be the dead beats that they truly are and are mad because they got caught!

Again, more lies and deception, the same way IBE runs their business!

Bruce Trullio, of IBE, stated in his rebuttal that we agreed to third party billing through Pioneer Auto Repair. FALSE!: The thrid party billing name on their invoice was "MAR CO SRVCS", not an auto body shop.

Secondly, Mr. Trullio said we agreed to an additional two weeks of service. Again, this is incorrect. The original estimator said IBE could do everything in 2 weeks. However, when the Project Manger arrived the next week he said to do everything listed would take four weeks. We said "NO", hold to your original commitment to do everything as listed by the estimator in two weeks as originally promised. Yet Mr. Trullio states in his rebuttal that we agreed to the additional two weeks. AGAIN, nothing but a fabrication and outright lie!

Mr. Trullio also states that he refunded us the $1300 overcharge. UNTRUE! We never recieved a refund of $1300. We just deducted that amount from the final payment we made them.

This company is nothing but crooks and outright scam artists. I will say they are very good at what they do, i.e., make people believe they can help, charge an outrageous amount of money, but then don't deliver on what they promise unless you sign up for more days/weeks soaking people for more money.

Again, if you have anyone from IBE come into your place of business CHASE THEM OUT WITH ALL HASTE!

This company, Chimney King, in Plano Texas asked for our help because they were desperate to get their company in order as for as accounting and inventory problems. They said they did not have money in thier checking account to pay for our services but could pay us with a credit card.

We explained that we didn't accept credit cards but would try to see if a "3rd party" would accomodate their request. We were able to bill the services through a friend and associate, Pioneer Auto Repair, and through his kindness agreed to work with Mr. Robert Goss of Chimney King and submit the payment through his company and all would be entered onto the invoice as the 3rd party billing. We notified Mr. Goss and he WAS THRILLED that we were able to do this.

Unfortunately, this was all planned by Mr. Goss as a "rip-off". We began the project and in the morning of the 3rd day, Mr. & Mrs. Goss reviewed the Program and actually accepted and approved an "additional project" requiring two weeks of services beyond the initial agreement of the contracted 2 weeks.

Shortly after the meeting however, they said they didn't have the money to go forward. We billed for the 2 days and part of the 3rd day and prior to the invoice being billed, we had prepared an initial bill for 27 hours which we processed. Then through the course of the day, they asked to close the project prematurely and we had to refund them $1300 which we did.

But, then they notified the Credit Card company and "denied" ever having done business with the Auto Body Co. and had the monies deducted and credited back to them, Knowing full well they had agreed to the 3rd party billng from the beginning and the name of the Body Shop was "on their invoice". Only after notifiying the credit card company and sending them a "copy" of the invoice did the credit card company dispute their claim.

Finally, after we threatened them with a lawsuit for fraud, theft by deception and deceptive business practice did they send us the money for our services.
