I noticed a Facebook advertisement offering a free Ibex Tumbler if you paid $6.95 for shipping and handling. I believed that the price was to introduce people to try this brand in hopes of gaining repeat customers. It took a month for delivery, and shortly after that I noticed that I had been charged an additional $39.95 by SmartCupTumbler.com location with charge was listed as Arizona. I believe this to be a scam similar to a bait and switch. Also very deceptive if not fraudulent advertising. I attempted to contact SmartCupTumbler.com with a phone call and an email. I do not expect to hear back from them.
