These folks are still at it. When you purchase from them, they have sneaky ways for you to sign up for monthly charges of 29.95 or 49.95. We called to cancel and did get through. I was so furious that I call the credit card company to dispute the charges. Chase told me that there have had so many disputes that they have an agreement with fabkids that you will automatically get back 3 months of charges no questions asked. I would not waste much time talking to their customer care based on the comments here. I would go directly to the credit card company.
