IBIBRAS - SCJ Service paid but not received apartment rental ripoff Rio De Janeiro Internet
This company promised me an apartment in a good location in Rio. I paid a security deposit in advance. Had to postpone the trip from feb (high season) to june (low season). Couldnt get the same apartment (which I was ok with). He told me that I had to give him a second security deposit and that the new apartment (worse location and quality) was going to cost twice of what we had planned. I never got my money back or any apartment and lost 500 bucks at the end. Besides that, they are hard to reach and they never answered my phone calls or e-mails. They are terrible business people
