Ibingo site held a SPECIAL game on Saturday Dec 9/06 and there were approximately 50 winners, some of which won more than once. I myself won 2,075.00. When i withdrew the money there was no problem as the time. At 2:34 in the morning the amount I won was reversed in my account. They posted on their site that there was a "server Malfunction" and all payouts from that evening were null and void. This was not a machine error but a "human error" which should not be held against Loyal players on this site. They take our money and in turn we trust we will get paid when we win. If you go to the Ibingo site now... you will see that under the SPECIAL Game icon, all the winners are posted as WINNERS like we have received these funds... which in my mind and everyone elses is "FALSE ADVERTISING" not to mention the RIP OFF on the payouts. We received nothing but what we put in to play the game. Some winners did not even receive their initial fees put in. They are dancing around this like elves and they have to pay this out to us. Can you please help and make sure that this site is sited on the internet as a SCAM!!!!

I am dialogging with both of you at the same time as I know you are in cahoots.

Both of you have been customers a long time and in all your experiences with the site, the people you interact with, the people you may have even met at any time did we not treat you with integrity and respect?

I don't think you understand how hard the incident on the weekend is effecting the staff. I have 30 dedicated individuals that work very hard to make sure you get the very best. This incident has upset all of us.

I do not know what you expect your "bleating" on the forums is going to do for you? It sure as hell will not besmirch the integrity of the site. It wont work to extort money from the site. All it is doing is upsetting the people that work very hard for you.

The matter of Integrity and honesty is brought up in your postings, I would like to tell you about the player integrity and honesty we
experienced during this incident. All the players that emailed us and left voice mail messages telling us the games weremalfunctioning had integrity and honesty. All the players that told us they stopped playing because they knew it was wrong had integrity and honesty. All the
players that told us to TAKE the SJ back had integrity and honesty. The player that called EVERY Granic family in Ontario in hope to find me had Integrity and Honesty. So I ask you what did you do when you realized the game was malfunctioning? Did you think to contact us or did you
MAXCARD?

If you feel that you were treated unfairly, as it seems you are the only two, I suggest we settle it in arbitration under the following conditions:

1. you desist from upsetting the staff and players with your "bleating" on the forums and chatrooms and remove your postings2. When you lose, I expect a sincere apology to the my staff and especially the other players on the site
3 regardless of the outcome, you patronize another Bingo site
