Ibizwebsite i am getting sued by another company that used ibiz services,, they copied another contractors website and i guess 100's of others sites from ibiz is the same,, now the contractor from utah, name is shindler roofing is sueing me for around $8000 dollars,, i called ibiz and they said over and over again dont worry we will takecare of it,now i am getting sued for there fraudulant activities? help Park City Utah
i paid ibizwebsite to develop a site for me,, and now after almost a year i get served papers saying i am getting sued along with 100's of other contractors for using a similer site of a contractor out of utah,,?? what?? i cant afford to pay $8000 dollars to anyone,, why would i get sued for putting my trust into a company that told me they were legit and trustworhty,, i paid them so i could get sued?? how could this be?? all i was wanting was a website so i could draw more buisness,,
now i am getting sued by a company named shindler roofing out of utah,, for somethign i had nothing to do with,, and now when i call ibiz they say it's ok dont worry,, h*ll i have to worry i am getting sued,, i was served and i am scared now,, what do i do??? if anyone is out there that can help me please help me,,, i know there are 100's others out there that are in the same boat lets get this fraudulant company to pay for there fraudulant activities,, help please.,,,, i9 am a single father just trying to better our lifes,,,
