 my phone broke so I took over a old one daughter had Not knowing it would affect my account in anyway because of old emails and accounts still on phone , they told me I violated the rules , no response and now when I try to even get on site my email is "forbidden " ??? They ban me forever !! All for my lousy $25.00 sad excuse for customer service but good at ripping people off.
