I was introduce to Ibrahim Almagarby,that he would be able to fund the company ,that he was a credited Investor,come to find out he is not. I was told by Ibrahim he was going to put together an Investors conference (Trade Mission) which he referred to it, for the company to raise capital. I mentioned to him I did not have the money to pay for the event. He told me that he would be able to help with the cost if I new of a 3rd party shareholder willing to sell him Stock in my company at a discount. That by doing so, he would cover all the costs that were required. So I agreed.
He was sent 10,000,000 shares of the company stock and slammed it into the market depreciating the stock price over 50% which lowered the company's market cap in half. But what really made this worse is he never sent the money to the shareholder and ripped him off for $300,000. He also never had the conference because he lied and said he had a group of investors that he had to attend these conferences that did not exist. After doing further due diligence on Mr. Almagarby I found out that he had no formal experience in financing and months prior learned about the stock market, with no knowledge of what a stock even was. He will also have CEO's from other companies that he pays lie in return for a good reference.
