IC Freeshipping.com automatically signed me up for free shipping @ $12.97 per month CT
I made two purchases online with Kohl's.com in June 2014 using my VISA credit card. Freeshipping.com automatically signed me up for $12.97 in July which I didn't sign up for it! I didn't realize since then that I have been charged $12.97 every month for free shipping that I never use. I would like to get the refunds. Thank you!
