Suddenly a monthly charge began to be submitted and subsequently charged to me for

 "IC *FREESHIPPING.COM 800-869-5597 CT"  I did not sign up for this service knowingly and have never received a statement of contract for such services.  

 I can not figure out how to contact this company to resign  such alleged services.The number in the billable item only rings busy.
