IC Services fraud, lies, stealing, ripoff, excuses, lack of customer satisfaction Beaverton Oregon
We sent a check to IC Servics, received 3/29. Were told it'd be 3 - 4 weeks before we received our program - waited, no program. Called 4/28 were told it was sent. Waited, called 5/4, told it was sent. Called 5/16 - no answer, sent an email, no answer. Called 5/21 - was hung up on and had to call back. Brent Wisemand answered - did not ask for code word that 'had' to be for them to make sure who they were speaking to - he actually told me my packet had been sent and had no idea who I was - hadn't asked my name - that tells you something!! Called 5/22 - left message - no return calls, called 5/23 - more excuses, was told it was mailed 4/10 - should've been here. I had to call four times on 5/30 before anyone would answer the phone. More baloney and excuses... was told we were put on emergency send out... a week later I called again - wait four to six business days... would not overnight it - said it was sent out in bunles, said they would not fax a twenty page document... against company policy. When asked if customer satisfaction meant anything to them - he said no!!! Called again today - now it will be 7 - 10 business days. I said no, a check would be sent as a refund - he kindly pointed out to me the guarantee is after the process is completed - nice scam going on, if you ask me. They are $464 richer, I will not get my money back and yet, I have a business to carry on. Kept likening themselves to Walmart when I mentioned BBB and ripoff.com... I assured him there was no comparison. I have contacted Oregon state's attorney's office and will take this as far as I must to get our money back. It's sad that innocent people are taken advantage of... fraud should be punished legally.

Last week I contacted, via a phone call and two emails, IC-Services. Letting them know that if I did not have a check in my mailbox by today, I would be having an attorney contact them for fraud. Today in my mailbox was - not a check of course, rather a questionnaire... we'll see how far this gets us!!! If I do not have 100% customer satisfaction in two weeks I will contact them AGAIN, this time through an attorney.
