My story is pretty much like everyone elses. They ask for a money order, send you a questionaire and then continue to give you the run around. This is a copy of the email they sent me when I chose to participate in the program. I started this back in Feb of 07 and still no refund and no grant, it is now August of 07.

5. Your envelope must be sent by EXPRESS MAIL only. The post office will provide you with a tracking number. Please make sure not to include your advisors name on the envelope.
