IC *SHOPSMARTER. Re-occuring withdrawl from checking account.

I don't know this company and I'm unaware of ever going to their web site.  The first time that money was withdrawn, ($9.97), I ignored it thinking that I inadvertantly clicked on something.  But a few weeks later, another withdrawl for the same amount occured.  I reported it to my bank and this site.
