Icard Services VIP Visa ripoff, charged my account with out my permission, bad customer service Internet
I started to fill out an application for what I thought was a credit card. I never submitted my info. and the next day, I got charged $159 plus 2 charges of $3.95. When I spoke with their customer service people, they were very rude and told me that they would not give me a refund. Now, my bank doesn't want to help either.
