 To All,

My experience with this company is very sad, Forgetful, dishonest, shady, and highly poitical. If you can't play, don't work here. I have recently relieved myself from this company because I have for far too long seen too many uncredited things go on.   I don't expect my superiors to have a Ivy league education, but please do not tell me at a BBQ that you barely graduated high school, it saddens me that you are the one who predicts my future.

There are very few females that are strong enough to work at this company, because us men rule to techs, (sorry ladies) They have one female ( I refuse to call her a lady, becasue she is none of the sort. ) that ihas 'recreationally' lead her way to where she is now. And although inter-company relationships are frowned upon, they have still let this female and her inferior other run around and shme the company with their shirts.

Other ladies have come and go, we actually had one who had enough intelligence in her little finger, than some of our barbaric managers. (sad but true)

I've worked for our NYCDOE division, and our superiors have appeared on site, late, smelling of smoke, unprepared, and still have te right to criticize us on out sideburns? Our goatee? our sneakers because we cannot afford to purchase better ones on our $10 salary?  I hide my tattoo's, I hide my cigarette breath with waiting to smoke at the end of the day. My job is more important than my habits, I do not go into the school with my leather jacket, I walk in with my Polo shirt, no matter how cold I am. I need people to see where I work, and make them feel comfortable. Some of these managers are close friends , and feel that they have 'job security'.

The previous post is true, they do expect you to go to all five boroughs, and if you refuse, they will think you are not 'hungry' and will not call you again for weeks, or months at a time. I have personally have seen a young field tech not be called for four months with no work. to travel two hours to a school, work for two hours, and then go home. WHan they do is that they 'drop' people as they go throughout the route of the day. If they driver and manager (usually a cousin duo) like you, they will keep you all day. Otherwise, they will leave you at that random school in the bronx that you've never been to. -seriously.

i have worked for our BNPS division, which pays a whopping $2.65 more, ( I mean, i was shocked) We were treated better, but not by much, we were reprimanded by site managers via e-mail, but criticized , verbally abused and malisciouly accused of outrageous things (ex: stealing zip ties?, tampering with 3-prong adapters, inhaling sharpie fumes and damaging them? why do I need these things?) When approached to take a drug test, I had no problem, but one of the managers, made a comment in the warehouse to another manager; "that I (me) always looked 'smoked' out" This was stated by a Mr. Louis Goffredo, I do not believe that he equpped to hold any project manager position. *I believe ICC should have better prepped for searching for a relevant project manager. especially when he makes close to $80,000.00 annual and some of the managers who have worked there for years make just under $50,000.00. (*fact) You obviously cannot approach your superiors on something like that, thet last woman who was brave enough to do so, was terminated.

I hope for the sake of the company, People from Texas show up regularly, making surprise visits, and not telling a SOUL! do not tell the program executive, do not tell the project manager. Just show up. Its not rude, it's not unethical, IT IS YOUR RIGHT!

People in Texas for ICC get treated differently, they get treated better, with a constant structure, there is no shade if you choose to just do your job, and are not interested in making friends. They are placed on a pedestal compared to the 'dirty Jersey' crew as we have been called by some.

I have left, and as ironic as it may sound have not gone into great detail.

Hope this helps all the facilities, and people who do business with this company.
