Ice.com shipped us a blue topaz ring overnight and we both loved it when we took it out of the box. About a week later, we noticed that the stone fell out of the setting. When we called, they were nice and told us to ship the ring back and they would replace it.

Well. . .3 months after I shipped them the ring, I called them and asked where our ring was, and they said that it was on backorder. I checked the website and there were rings available to buy online, so I mentioned that to him. He said that it is a very popular ring and they would not give me a ring they had in stock because they sell out so fast. Basically, they would rather keep selling rings to people than send me a replacement ring. Finally after 6 months of waiting, I just told them to give me my money back. This company doesn't treat customers right!
