Complaint Review: Ice Florence Latvian British black silver tabby cattery

I bought a BSH cat from Tanja Blinoff (or Tatjana Blinova as she uses for Western Union transfers) She seemed legitimate at first. She would only take payments through Western union, when I noticed that her name was different when using western union, I questioned her but she assured me that everything was okay.

I made all of my payments, then during the scheduling of delivery of the cat to USA, she vanished. I have been attempting to contact her through every possible way, without success. I saw on social media that she sold the same cat right after I finished paying for it. She blocked me immediately.
