We have been defrauded by this company [icebear atv] We have spent over 10,000 dollars with them in the past year.We got a shipment of scooters in in june 2008.6 total.We tried to register with dmv to no advail.The mcos for the scooters are incorrect.For the past year now we have been lied to, deceived and cheated.They have sent false documents four times to us! Each time they got sent back from dmv!We have been more then patient with them and decided we just cannot wait anymore.We called and asked them if the would refund our money if we sent them back.They informed us that they do not refund money because there is nothing wrong.These scooters have been in our showroom now for a year! They are useless without correct documents.We are out now 4000.00 dollars.Please fellow dealers do not buy anything from this company!
