Complaint Review: IceBerg Cups

IceBerg Cups I ordered online with the company in 04/2016 for a tumbler then ordered off Amazon later in the year and have never received either cup. When I ordered from Amazon I wasn't aware it was the same company. Their site is unable to be contacted and no number. Internet

I ordered a cup from IceBerg Cups in 04/2016 which was never received then I ordered a cup from Amazon that was from the same company not realizing this later in the year.  I contacted Amazon who attempted to contact them as well without success as their site is now down with no information.  I am out a total of about $60 with both orders and have both confirmation emails/receipts of orders.
