Complaint Review: Icelotto

Icelotto Kim - Custom Service RepDavid I attempted to buy goods online. I was charged 6 times for the two items I wanted. I made contact via their online support. They acknowledged that I should get a refund. I haven't seen any money and all contact was stopped. Nicosia Internet

 Icelotto had issues with their web site on the day I tried to buy two tickets. After entering my credit card details I received error messages. A few days later I checked my back statement and I had been charged for 6 tickets. I made contact with the company through their online support and they acknowledged the problem and I would get a full refund. Fast forward to a month later and still no refund.
