Complaint Review: iCert Global

iCert Global Russell Walker and CEO Trainer did not show up to the course and we still have not received our refund. Huston Texas

It has been a very frustrating experience dealing with iCertGlobal in trying to get a refund. We registered a student in November 2018 for a course and the trainer did not show up teach the class. The client waited for one hour outside of the facility and the doors remained locked. Because the trainer was not present for the training session, we were promised a refund by Russel Walker, Manager-Training and Delivery on November 9, 2018. After following up with Russell Walker again, we were promised a resolution within a week to take place by March 18, 2019. To this day we have still not received a refund, despite multiple promises. We have also reached out to the CEO, Irfa Sharief and sadly we did not hear back from him either. We find this to be a very poor way to do business together.
