kemp buono sold me one pair of sunglasses which i liked at daytona bike week show the nosebridge and lenses came out when i called him to get the item repaired he convionced me to carry the line of sunglasses in my store with a guarantee he would select his best selling glasses and pprovide us wholesale prices and customer support to open new accounts and carry his glasses in our store and sell them to other businesses as well

he promised to select the glasses we suggested and offered to accept return of goods. our order was shipped to us with a rediculous postage charge of 130.00 and we were sent an obnoxious sunglass display we wer charged three hundred dollars for the display arrived broken
and the eyeglasses orderd were not as we specified

the glasses did not have polarized lenses and many of the pairs were older styles made from cheap plastic we specified the larger aluminum frame pieces specifically for larger men and fishermen we received small outdated models not agreed on

we made arangements to return the goods and kemp buono president of the company promised a full refund to our credit card including the money for the display we didnt ask for which he was filing a claim for.

he continued to tell us the refund was being processed and his book keeper vanya would crdit our account

we waited patiently for three months then filed a claim with our banks visa department they disputed the claim and said theyd return our money less the shipping charge and they would waive a 15 percent restocking fee

they failed to credit back anything and fought our bank bank of america by disputing the chargeback credit
they claimed their bank heartland bank was issuing a credit however not only has our credit never been processed but heartland band nor icicles has cooperated with bank of america to issue our credit. they have kept the money and signed and received the order back shipped back to them by ups within 24 hours.

they signed receipts continued to return our money but continue to hold our money and keep the goods they also said they would be collecting for the display they claiomed was damaged by ups

it it our beleif that their actions show a clear intent to rip us off for the 2239.00

please help us get our legitamit money back bank of america agrees with this claim yet mr buono continues to keep from paying
