I ordered the trial program- which states that they will charge $2.97 to your card.  



Two days later I see a pending charge for $149.95 on my account.  The charge was still processing so I called the company to cancel the order.  I DID NOT agree to pay $150 for the service.



First they told me they couldn't find my account in the system at all.  I gave the last 4 digits of my card number, then the last 8 digits... still nothing.  I asked how it was possible that they had none of my account information when I could clearly see on my bank statement that they had charged me $149.95.  



I kept pushing and finally when I gave my full card number my account miraculously appeared.  



I told them that I wished to cancel the service and be refunded the full amount charged to my card.  I did not use the service whatsoever and simply wished to cancel.



The person I spoke to told me it was impossible, even though I caught it so quickly that the charges hadn't even posted to my account yet! The charge was still "processing".



I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told "he's not at his desk right now- but I'll give you his voicemail". I'm taking a wild guess and going to assume that the supervisor is never at his desk.



This is a scam and this company has stolen money from me. I am reporting them to the better business bureau as well.

I have absolutely no reason to lie about this.  If/when this company refunds my $150 I will post it here.  Until then I will continue to go public about their flagrant lies and terrible business practices.

I was told on June 3 that my credit card would be refunded and it was not.  I have not received one dollar.  This company has publicly and blatantly lied.
