ICM Web Builder Totally Ripped Me Off! Internet

I set up a website using Webs.com for a business that I am starting... I was using it for free so of course it had advertisements on my website. One looked interesting. It said that local people from my community, Petoskey, MI, were making thousands each month by posting links on websites. I clicked on the link and it brought me to a Media page where it said that this was an awesome way to stay at home and make money part time.  I clicked on the links to do a free trial...something got screwed up after I filled out my information, so I left the page. Then, stupidly, I tried again. Now, I know it's my fault for not reading the Terms of Service, but I didn't. They said it was a 30 day trial, it ended up being a 3 day trial and I was charged $139.00 by ICM Web Builder. But here's the thing, Rapid Biz Training also charged me a free trial of $2.97. So I was charged by two separate companes, ICM Web Bulder an Rapid Biz Training....both $2.97. Rapid Biz Training also charged me $79.86 in April and just yesterday. I didn't even notice that Rapid Biz Training had taken money out of my checking account. I called ICM Web Builder ten days after signing up and asked them to cancel and refund my money. They said they couldn't do that because I checked the box saying that I read the Terms of Service. So pretty much I signed up with one company and ended up with two companies that took my money!!!!These people aren't even offering anything! This is total bullsh*t and I want someone to do something about it! They are taking people's money and for what? Absolutely nothing! Total RIP OFF!!!!
