Fraud company steers you into a maze of links which do not manifest what the trial of $2.97 is charged. After cancellation email confirmation, called to follow-up and was told I was out of the 3 day trial which was never emailed. The representatives see transaction history, try to sell product for 3 months, if you refuse, they decline to refund the $149.95 they stole on the third day. Representatives give names of supervisors which do not exist - Roy Alexander, Matthew Alexander, etc. The representatives deflect to departments where they claim no one can call you back, but after further conversation, change the stories. Rude, "At a loss for words on how to console me for the charge taken from my Debit Account - without an email with the exact terms and conditions.
