Started with email received giving free dvds on work at home, pay shipping only $2.95. Declined shipping, window pops up: Wait ! Shipping only $0.99. Ordered it. Received dvds.All junk. I ordered them,wasn't concerned spending only .99 for junk and a learning experience. That was at the beginning of June 2010. On June 14,2010 received email stating" Congratulations on purchasing the Internet Cash Machine !" I knew or thought I hadn't bought anything ! I checked my checking account online immediately and saw a withdrawal of $149.95 from ICM Dated June 8,2010 on my account, questioned the transaction and discovered it was ICM. Demanded my money back and they offered to give back only $70.00 of my $149.95. Or they would hang-up on me and keep the entire amount. They later sent me an email stating they had sent me this email giving me my pass word and user name and said email clearly indicated I had 3 days to cancel.Problem is I never received such email ! But they got my money and now refuse to return all of it. Question ? How can they withdraw again w/o account holder being aware ? This actually means they can go into a person's account and with draw any amount they want at any given time ! What can be done to stop these people from continuing to do this ? is there a way to post them on an internet when one clicks their web site that they are on the Rip Off alert ! Same as a document that is loaded with a virus ? And traced to their URL in order to file charges ?
