I concur with a previous report, in the end these folks are high pressure salesmen who become very rude when they don't get their way.

ICMG just cold called to get me to by a discounted timeshare. When I said I was not interested that asked if I was interesting in selling. to which I answered ye if there were no up front cost. The young lady who called insisted there were no up front cost and asked if I would speak to a representative.

David Walker took the line as the representative and began his scripted discussion. After being patient hoping for something different they appeared to be the same marketing scam I've encountered before. I admitted to my skepticism and explained why. Mr. Walker was very patient and fully explained their process and the marketing costs.

Mr. Walker offered several options for marketing my timeshares all of which cost at least $800 per property. Once he was finished explaining their money back guarantees and discount options I explained that I would be unable to do anything now due to timing. He aslked If I would talk to the manager to see if there were something more they could do.

The manager came on the line, briefly reiterated the options David offered then asked for my credit card number. I explained that I was not in a position to do anything now, and that I had explained that to David. The manager then insisted that I did have money now. I explained that I didn't and then mentioned that his approach was sismilar to what I read on Ripoff Report. He then became rude and said I obviously was interested and had the money or I wouldn't be checking them out on Ripoff Reprot. I said I was checking them out as I might want to use them in the future if they were legit, and he began to get aggressive insisting that proved I had money now. He then said that was why he didn't like multiple timeshare unit owners as they were all the same. I said he had no idea how I go multiple units, and that my mother gave me some. He said that was worse as I LET some one give me units and then began to laugh. I don't need to explain my willingness to bail my mother out, but his behavior has convinced me they are better than the companies the denigrate in order to gain confidence and take your money. BEWARE!

ICGM Marketing & Royal Elite Timeshare Scam

We got a call from this company out of Florida. They had buyers ready to buy our Royal Elite timeshare. We paid an upfront fee of $598 expecting to hear in the next day or so that our timeshare had been sold. So far, we have not received on phone call back. When we call them, they are not available to talk. Please check out these "people" thoroughly before giving them any money. They are very convincing. There should be a law that the money should be returned since they represented themselves in so many ways
