Iconidentity Merchandise ordered never delivered no refund given order was too cheap for company Atlanta Georgia
Ordered merchandise on or about May 5 of this year. Check was cashed on May 12 of this year 2004. 1 month went by no merchandise. Contacted owner Lance Stonecypher who indicated they had made a mistake and he was reordering. 1 more month went by and I got the same story second order was wrong too.
How hard is it to get a name and 2 phone numbers embossed on a pen ??? Third month went by and got the same story. Told the owner, Lance, that I find it hard to believe that three orders were wrong and it took 3 months. Lance promised I would have pens in a week and a refund. No pens, no refund. Certified demand letter has gone unanswered. Lance stated my order was too cheap for him to spend time and attention on......... so we are going to Small Claims Court.
