ICR SIGNS Ripped off for Bowling Shirts Stockton California
Took team bowling shirts to ICR Signs to have team logo and name embroidered on shirts. Paid$145 up front on square at the store. What was supposed to take a week has turned into 5 weeks. Owner Sidney Hut continues to lie and give the old "broken English" talk when I come into the store. I want my shirts and my money. If I took merchandise without paying that would be stealing. He took money and did not return merchandise. Where is my recourse?
