Complaint Review: ICS Financial Firm/Universal Financial

My husband and I needed some extra cash and we received a envelope in the mail for this business that gives out personal loans and or debt consolidation (ICS Financial Firm). We initially paid a fee of $75.00 for their services because they said he was approved for sure.

Then instead of giving us the loan for $5,000.00 they told us we would get, we were told to send all of our his paperwork to this other financial company (Universal Financial) which they require a $55.00 fee for their "membership" so we reluctantly sent them that just to get a letter saying my husband wasn't qualified for such a loan, do not trust these companies!
