ics is one of group of thieves looting the money of poeple by making false promises.

they calld me and said,i am approved for a unsecured credit card by few of the banks , and i just need to give $258 , which are refundable with refusal letters from these banks.

now when i call them they are not there to refund the amount,i have refusal letters with me but don,t have any ics - cry -

i want to sue them and asking poeple to join me and help each other.
