Complaint Review: ICS Integrated Card Services

This company verbally promises a great credit card plan that was supposed to only be $9.95 per month plus fairly low percentage processing fees.  What they actually do is get your bank routing and account number and steal $45-$50 per month and add in all kinds of junk fees/ compliance fees.  They never delivered quick books pro 2010 as promised and I have spent too many hours trying to deal with them and they just promise refunds that never arrive.  They also charged a huge cancellation fee after they did not perform as promised.  DO NOT FILL OUT ANY ONLINE APPLICATION.  If you do they will say you signed a contract even though they never get you to sign anything.  I am sure it is illegal but they have your account numbers after the application and they start stealing your money until you close your bank account.  They are true internet thieves.  Don't fall for it.  A truly evil company!!!
