I worked with ICS and from the word go it was a disaster. The employee turnover was astounding, nearly every time I called someone new answered the phone, sometimes without even knowing who the person who had started my case was. I feel bad for many of the people who worked there because I know they felt they had to tell me what I "wanted" to hear for fear of losing their job......... I could hear it in their voice and in the excuses they made. My case should have been an open an closed kind of thing. Instead I paid down thousands upon thousands of dollars for work that was never done. And when I say never done, I mean literally,. not one ounce of work went into my case.
After calling and calling, fax upon fax I finally chalked up my losses to not only being cheated by my wife, but also by the one place I thought could help me prove it for my court case against her. I was angry by what happened, but even more angry that I know people are getting hanged by these scousers every day. The company website says they've been in business for 40 years or so. I have no idea how. My advice to anyone who needs a good investigation done is to go local; this firm is only in Arizona, and everything outside of Arizona is done by contract workers. Why not just hire the person they were going to hire for pennies on the dollar anyways?
Sorry to go on. I just want people to know they have choices other than International Counterintelligence Serivices. ICS seems big because of how the look on the web, but they are just a small business with small minded managers like Michael Rabern and his dad who claims CIA connections. What a laugh.
Don't give your money to these people. Help them go out of business so their employees can work somewhere honorable. And on top of that, you'll be supporting your own local investigators. It's good all the way around.

Who are you? I have been advised there is no record of any employee with these offices in the position you describe during the period of your post.
We do not know who you are I cannot reach out to help understand or remedy your concerns. I would be glad to meet you and sort your feelings. However, I call into the question the legitimacy of your post. I do not like this and it causes me consternation. In this you have succeeded.
The best thing to do is to be direct and contact is about your grievances. If you are in fact and employee you know this is a covenant of your employment agreement and professional standards. Regardless of what the company owners state the article was right on the moneytrac. These individuals have no shame or conscience or sense of bussiness ethics for that matter. I witnessed first hand how they false advertise, by claiming to be international, they contract out to local investigators and then don't pay those investigators! They don't pay their employees either, they'll promise a commission which they will then go about finding reasons not to pay. Finally they rip off their clients by charging outrageous fees for work they don't do. I would encourage anyone looking to work for or do business with these thieves to stay well away.

We believe this post is a hoax with intent to defame and slander the said parties. We demand a response so that the said parties can defend themselves.
We believe this for the following reasons:
The post as made at 7/3/2010 1:27:58 AM, this is a very early time in the morning a non-typical period for professional correspondence. We maintain a long and successful enterprise with credentialed employees, independent offices, and strategic alliances for more than 44 years at time of this response. The poster vacillates between being a client and then an employee. The poster believes that we are only in Arizona, this conflicts with any representation that they are or where an employee. During this period there were no clients in Arizona with any adverse cases. There are no repetitive faxes in the fax logs during this period. Open an shut cases do not cost thousands upon thousands.
This is a hoax, licensed for the benefit of ROR and nothing more.

The company is its credentialed employees, independent offices, and strategic alliances. These can be seen on their website, on the Better Business Bureau website, and other professional associations that regulate trade. These include state regulatory commissions and boards.
