ICS (interstate container services) Changed my agreed upon rates Ohio
This company changed my rates from what I agreed upon before starting the work(I am a independent contractor) and has taken over 7k dollars in two weeks alone. I am paid at 65 percent of the load here but with the difference it is around 45 percent. When I went to discuss this today I was told I was being unreasonable for expecting to get the rate promised before the work was completed and then terminated thereafter. Also my co driver received a warning from Dot in Indiana for log book violations, 5 counts, and the company insist that Indiana will assess 2k dollars in fines. I will be in contact with Indiana today and I will keep my complaint updated if this company does try to fix these issues, but for owner operators stay away from this company

This does not belong here, I didn't work with my wife. I did however reach out to Ken and once again, I was met with crickets. There is NO defense to stealing over 10k at Christmas 2017 and not attempting to end the dispute, nor pay.
This is not a honest company and I recommend everyone to stay away. Please don't respond selectively, if my information is false then rebut it honestly. Anyone with questions jmsherrill89@gmail.com.

That is one of the drivers named Ken. There are 2 drivers at the company name Ken. See that’s one of the problems. Not knowing things. How much more money do u think u should get paid? You were breaking the law driving the the truck logged in driving on your wife’s HOS. I heard how you and your wife were screaming at Ken. I was totally appalled. The language you were using was horrible. I have never heard such nasty things like that before you should be ashamed of talking like that around women. You should call and apologize to him. He did so much for u and ur wife. Then u want to call him and talk like that you were so loud screaming in the phone I heard you myself. People like you give truckers a bad name. Shame on you.

Ken is one of the owners name maybe you are him. As an update i have still not recieved my pay since December and these guys are playing even more games. The post did say if company so he is giving you all very fair warning. I have had to hire an attorney and i will update when the affair is over

As an employee of ICS of 13 yrs ,I have never experienced a situation of this nature.
