I completed a ICS study course for "Journeyman Millwright" (Program # I721107) on 05/20/99. I still have all the records and grades to prove completion on their school letterhead, paid in full. My Trainee # 54205217. They did spell my last name Garrison Seegar wrong, correct spelling is Garrison Seeger. I tried to contact them back in 1999 after completion but could not get anyone to talk to.
