Complaint Review: ICTS-World Solutions HHO Fuel SaverDivision

Mr. Forshage should know that he is not alone being duped by Richard Bailey and his associates. I would like him to know that in August of 2008, husband also ordered a HHo generator from him for his big rig Kenworth truck. We paid Mr. Bailey over $3000.00 for a unit that has never been installed in his truck. We were told they are working on the problems.

When we purchased the unit we understood that this was a working product not a proto-type. After the purchase and traveling over 200 miles to meet with Mr Bailey and his mechanic for the installation it became clear to us that they did not have a working power suppley for the unit. After further investigation on our part we realized that they did not have a way to get passed the internal computers of the truck to regulate the amount of fuel being injected into the engine. As a result we have two water tanks installed and no generator. We waited 8 months for Mr Bailey to solve the problems. No such luck, we asked for a refund, and my husband was told when you are
in a better frame of mind call back to talk-NO REFUND. Our local attorney sent a letter trying to avoid court, Mr Bailey just ignored it-no response.

My next step is to hire an attorney in Hamilton County Indiana to try and get this matter resolved. Any ideas on what we can do?
