Complaint Review: icuii - Cybration

I purchase a program if this company on 2002 and got an code number to use this product. On 2004 I could not use this product because they change the code number on me. I email then and they send me a new code number. I been using this number ever since.

Now its 2006 I when to logon with my code number and now their system locks me out. I contacted there custom support and they email me back saying that my code number expired. When I first brought this product there was no expired date, they want me to buy another code number from them.

I been using this producted for over 4 years and new they email me back saying that it was a limited time only? What a lie. They just want people to pay again. This is not fair and when I brought this product they should have said it would ex. in a few year, and I would need to buy a new one.

They are ripping off the people now and someone should look into this company. I email them back and told them that i will let the BBB and the D.A. office know how they are cheating the people.
