I used to work for this pyramid scheme company. I quit after I spoke with the CFO for 25 minutes on the phone. I had a very simple question: "Why do your products say 'Organic, Non-GMO' without proof of certification?" No where on their website or on their products do they have a proper label or the certificate displayed. This is called FALSE ADVERTISING and is ILLEGAL. In summary, his answer was they are going to change it. They base their "scientific reports" on non-organic supplements as this is where the majority of research has been done on. I understand that completely, but why lie to consumers? Why mislead people to purchase your OVERPRICED products? (bad margins due to the business structure) Why post false claims on products without the proper certifications? Oh yeah. Money.

I'm sorry that you've been disatisfied with IDLife. I have been an independent associate with IDLife since Day#1. I have always found them to be the most transparent, responsible company I have ever worked with. The CEO, Logan Stout, is one of the most honest, genuine business person I have ever known. He gives back so much to his community and to his employees.

As for being a work-in-progress to improve in every aspect, that is them. They have listened to associates and customers. They have gone above and beyond to make sure people are satisfied. They lowered their prices last month by 20% by being able to get better leverage with suppliers yet have not reduced quality one bit.

As for their quality, IDLife is now sold in Whole Foods Supermarket, who took more than year of due-dilligence to check out the products and their quality. They are also partnered with the American Diabetes Association, American Heart Association and MDAnderson.

I understand that people may have had a bad experience but IDLife will help those who request it. I'd love to speak with you further, or anyone else, about the company and their products.
