ID ONLOCK TOOK $29.95 FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. THEY SAID THAT IT WAS BECAUSE I RECEIVED A PAYDAY LOAN AND THAT WHEN I SIGNED THE PAYDAY LOAN I ALSO AUTHORIZED THEM TO TAKE MONEY OUT. I DID NOT RECEIVE A PAYDAY LOAN. I ASKED THEM TO REFUND MY MONEY BACK AND THEY SAID THAT THEY COULD NOT DO THAT. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY COULD SEND ME A $120 CERTIFICATE TO USE ON LINE AT THREE DIFFERENT STORES VIA E-MAIL. IT NOW HAS BEEN TWO WEEKS AND 8 PHONE CALLS LATER AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT.

EVERYTIME I CALLED TO CHECK THE STATUS THEY WOULD TELL ME THAT MY EMAIL ADDRESS WAS WRONG AND THEY SAID THAT THEY FIXED IT, BUT YET THE NEXT TIME I CALLED IT WAS STILL WRONG. THEY WOULD THEN TELL ME IT WOULD BE 24-48 HOURS AND WHEN I CALLED THEY WOULD TELL ME IT WAS IN THEIR SYSTEM AND TO GIVE IT 2-3 DAYS.

I NOW BELIEVE THAT THIS IS A RIP OFF AND THEY NEVER INTEND TO SEND ME ANYTHING VIA EMAIL.
